Nuclear Power Plant

Harry Nystrom was a man that was of very little importance. He worked a nine to five job and possessed average intelligence and minimal motivation. A man so simple that he could not lie no matter how hard he tried because the thought of lying or how to tell a lie never crossed his mind. So one would have to ask why such a man as Harry Nystrom would have been chosen by aliens to be abducted. 

​During his mid thirties Harry was on his way to work as a night watchman. Every drive to work he would pass by a nuclear power plant and every time he passed by it he thought about the Chernobyl nuclear reactor that had melted down in the Ukraine. He then wondered what would be the ultimate fate of the nuclear power plant that he drove by every day. As he drove by the nuclear power plant that night he saw a glowing light that he had never seen before. He slowed down to take a closer look thinking that there could be a malfunction in the nuclear plant as it appeared to be some type of neon fire. He stopped on the side of the road and got out. For the first time in his life he thought he could be a hero and possibly prevent a nuclear meltdown and save thousands from dying. 

Harry crossed the road and walked around the perimeter of the fence. That's when he noticed that the main gate to the nuclear plant was opened and the first thought that entered into his mind was sabotage. Harry walked through the gates and his suspicions grew as he rounded the building and realized that there was no fire coming from the plant, but there was something in behind it. He stepped in behind the plant and could not believe what he saw. They were vapour like neon green aliens that were non three dimensional. He watched as they turned to the side and became paper thin. Then apparently Harry had seen too much and the neon vapour men approached Harry and zapped him with an invisible source of energy which knocked him out. 

For days he remembered being in a coma like state and hearing strange noises around him. He also claimed that he was moving in some sort of space craft, but he couldn't be sure. Harry also believed that they had conducted some sort of sexual experiments on him because when he arrived back to earth his urine was a neon green color and smelled like smoke. His penis was half the size and badly blistered with strange scarring and he had lost all of his pubic hair, which never grew back. He then developed an obsessive compulsive disorder of checking his genitals and eventually needed to be institutionalized because of it. 

While institutionalized he was interviewed by countless numbers of doctors and government officials about his alien abduction. The government was aware of an incident that night at the nuclear plant and believed that Harry could hold the truth to what had happened. Harry then agreed to take part in a polygraph test which he passed with flying colors. The government was perplexed at his story as parts of it made sense and other parts didn't. 

As Harry grew older he suffered from a degenerative disorder of his genitals which eventually spread to his entire body. It was something that the doctors had never seen before and he died at the age of 39.

Since Harry's death many have asked the questions about his interviews and polygraph test wondering if he was sane at the time or a master liar. Others wondered if he was a man that was desperate for attention and pulled over to the side of the road to urinate and exposed his genitals to radiation from the nuclear plant and then fabricated the story of an abduction to get free medical treatments from the government. 

What happened that night is sketchy at best but as the authorities dug into the past of Harry Nystrom they found him to be a man of secrets and deception. Ten years later after his death the government ordered an exhumation of his body for further analysis, but to their shock the body was gone.
