The police had been baffled by a rash of murders that had a similar method of death of a previous serial killer. This previous serial killer's name was Marty Pitman who was also known as The Suffocator. Marty would stalk his victims and he would snuff out their lives with a pillow. The Suffocator would choose his victims based on criminals that were guilty of heinous crimes but because of slick lawyers they got off with minimal or no sentences. The Suffocator was a victim as a child when two men entered his parent's house in a home invasion and in the process of the invasion both of his parents were strangled while still in bed. Little Marty Pitman saw the two men clearly as he peeked out of the closet. When the police came Marty gave them a description of the two men that had killed his parents but when it got to court the defense lawyer started to question Marty, confused him and made him look stupid. The case was thrown out and the last thing that Marty remembered was the slimy defense attorney grinning at him as he left the court room.
By the time Marty had turned 13 he was already plotting revenge on the lawyer and the two killers that had gotten off.
Marty was naturally a very big and strong kid and by the age if 15 he was incredibly powerful and could manhandle anyone who came across his path.
Then on a cool fall night he visited three houses and committed three murders by suffocation. The lawyer and the two killers of his parents were dead. But nobody suspected him, so he continued to kill like a machine, going after shyster lawyers and criminals who had beat the system. Now Marty had a purpose in life, to rid the world of the slime of the earth. The killing continued until one day he got caught and was sentenced to death where he died in the electric chair.
That was ten years ago but now there had recently been another cluster of murders of unscrupulous lawyers and dirty criminals whose deaths all came by suffocation as well. The police investigated and they were shocked to the similarity of the murders between the deceased Marty and the new killer. The only difference was that Marty was dead. But out of all the clues there was one that was in particular very shocking and that was the fact in the new string of murders the DNA of Marty Pitman was at every crime scene. The police were beginning to believe that they had executed the wrong man so they exhumed the body to try identify the DNA of the executed man named Marty and it was a match. The police did not know how a dead man's DNA could be at a crime scene ten years after his death.
The murders continued for the next two decades until they found the body of a lady named Joyce Houla who was suffocated with Marty Pitman's DNA present at the scene. Then the murders finally stopped. Little did the police know that they lady that was murdered was in fact summoning the spirit of Marty Pitman to commit murders of criminals and lawyers. She did this because her four year old daughter had been killed brutally. The lady had used Marty's spirit to murder a man who was innocent so Marty's spirit turned on her, killing her through suffocation.
