Several years ago I had a confrontation with a man in a parking lot. The argument was very heated and we almost came to blows. This confrontational man had a very strange appearance as his clothes were not one of conventional attire and his facial features were also somewhat unusual. He had white hair that stood straight up and his eyebrows were bushy and combed up in a manner that made them look like check marks. There was something about him that scared me and the more I came to think of it I realized that what bothered me was his thick Eastern European accent. I remember at the end of our confrontation that he yelled something at me in a foreign language that sounded like Russian, but it was the way he said it with so much authority and wild hand gestures that scared the hell out of me. After he finished screaming at me he spit on the ground and walked away into the crowd that had gathered around us. The craziest thing about what had happened was I didn't know what he was so upset about. I was just walking through the lot and he bumped into me and he dropped some sort of bag and then flipped his lid. It was most unusual.
I stood there after the confrontation not knowing what to do, when an old bag lady with torn clothes stepped out of the crowd and tugged on my jacket and spoke to me in broken English with a Russian accent, "You in big trouble. He put curse on you. Black magic. You have bad luck come your way. For many year bad thing happen to you. Be careful. Be afraid. This happen in Russia often."
I looked at her and it was evident that she could understand the language the man had been speaking. Suddenly I became nervous and my heart skipped a beat. I looked at her and said, "What should I do?"
She then waved me to walk with her out of the crowd. She pulled out a pen and piece of paper and wrote down an address. She looked at me with fear in her eyes and said, "You must go see her now before curse take hold. Don't wait. Go. I must not let him see me talk to you or he give me curse too."
She then looked around and disappeared into an alley. I looked at the piece of paper and I had to admit that I felt nervous and confused but I decided to go see the lady at the address.
It was a ten minute drive and when I arrived I could not find the door to the building. Then a young, extremely attractive girl with black hair and green eyes came up to me and said, "You must be looking for me. Come around back. We go."
I followed her around the building where there was a steel door that led up a flight of stairs. We then entered a dim room with a table and two chairs. She told me to sit down and said she would remove the black magic curse that had been put upon me for a price of 200 dollars. I agreed.
I then sat and waited as she put a black cat on my lap and told me to stroke it 13 times. She then mixed a drink which she was a mixture of holy water and Russian vodka. I drank it. She then rubbed my temples and chanted a few words in Russian over and over. She then gave me a beaded necklace to wear for the next 13 days. I paid her the money and left, feeling much better.
The next day went without a hitch. Then the day after that I was pulling up to a gas station to fill up when I saw the white haired man that had put the curse on me. He was walking through the gas station property when he bumped into a tall man, there was a confrontation and he again started to holler at the man in Russian. Seconds later after the confrontation the old bag lady came out of nowhere and walked over to the tall man and started to talk to him and then wrote something on a piece of paper and handed it to him.
I leaned back in my car and laughed. What a scam these two had going.
