The guillotine pre dates the French Revolution all the way back to the middle ages.
I would like you to meet the original guillotine executioner. He has died long ago, but he now performs guillotine executions for Satan in the underworld. It is interesting to note that even Satan has men who are too evil to remain in hell and when this happens he calls up the guillotine executioner to rid himself of the souls he deems to be unfit for hell. You may ask what happens when Satan kills a spirit. Let me explain.
When a person dies on earth the body returns to the ground and the soul either goes to heaven or hell. But when the soul goes to hell and Satan executes the soul, it ceases to exist. It is noteworthy that in hell Satan cannot get an execution of a soul performed without a signed death warrant from the executioner.
Satan contacted the executioner about a man in hell that continually murdered others who were condemned. The executioner agreed and signed the death warrant.
A week later the executioner arrived to the guillotine of hell. He was dressed in an Armani suit and wore a black hood over his head to conceal his identity. He went by the name of John Doe and went through great extremes to conceal his identity from everyone, except Satan, who made him the executioner.
John Doe, the executioner, had performed over 10,000 guillotine executions in hell. You may ask over how long a period, but one must remember that time in heaven and hell do not exist. They are out of time.
Upon his arrival Satan realized that John Doe the executioner was increasingly nervous. He walked around muttering to himself. He would sit down crack his knuckles and neck. Then get up and pace around for a few minutes still talking unintelligible things, then sit back down and resume fidgeting. Before the execution John Doe would make small talk with the condemned man. But when people would ask him about his profession he would never talk about it. The years of performing executions had worn on him. In his dreams he would see all the heads of the men and women he had brought to death under the guillotine. They would come to him in flashes. They haunted him day and night. He wanted to take his own life on many occasions but in hell suicide was not possible.
A large crowd gathered around the guillotine for the execution. The legal death was performed without a hitch. Another death, another head and face for the executioner to see in his dreams. Another head with an open mouth and vacant eyes.
He had enough. It was time for him to retire. He could continue no more. He would go and talk to Satan and ask him if he could retire and tell him he would need to get a new executioner. Satan agreed that it was time for him to retire, his punishment was over.
So John Doe walked away from the profession of executioner. Now he could walk around hell without his black hood knowing people wouldn't know who he was, but he didn't. He was free from the profession of legal killing and now he could go on with his life in hell, but he couldn't. He hoped time would heal all mental wounds and the nightmares would stop. But they didn't.
Finally he chose to come out of hiding and take off his hood and go out into public. He sat down and looked at himself in the mirror. He slowly slipped off his hood and there he was. A man with no head. He was the first man ever guillotined in hell by Satan himself.
